How long does a custom piece take?
Typically 3–4 weeks depending on complexity and stone procurement. We share milestones and approvals along the way.
Can you remodel my old jewellery?
Yes — we can reuse your gold and stones after inspection. We’ll advise on feasibility, strength, and design options.
What certificates do you provide?
BIS hallmarking for gold and GIA/IGI certificates for diamonds on request. We include a specification sheet with every order.
