Lifetime Care
- Complimentary cleaning & inspection anytime — ultrasonic/steam and stone security check.
- Free tightening of prongs/screws where feasible during inspection.
- Resizing support: 1 free resize within 60 days of purchase (±1 size). Beyond that, nominal charges apply.
- Finish refresh: discounted polishing & rhodium for Nandani purchases.
1-Year Manufacturing Warranty
Covers manufacturing defects in metal or setting from the handover date.
- Prong/setting failures due to workmanship
- Clasp/lock defects on delivery
- We repair/replace components at our discretion after assessment
Exclusions: normal wear & tear, dents/deformation, chemical damage, loss/theft, third-party alterations, accidental knocks, chipped/cracked stones. Natural inclusions are not defects.
How to claim: Bring the piece and bill/certificate to our showroom. We assess and share the job card with scope and timelines.
Care at Home
- Wipe with a soft microfiber after wear
- For gold/diamond, soak in mild soap water 10 mins, brush gently, rinse & dry
- Avoid ultrasonic for emerald, pearl, coral & enamel
Storage
- Store pieces separately in soft pouches
- Keep away from perfumes, hairspray & chlorine
- Remove during gym, swimming, household chores
Certificates & Appraisals
- Request GIA/IGI for diamonds; BIS hallmark for gold
- We can re-issue appraisal letters for insurance on request

Service questions
Do you service jewellery not purchased from Nandani?
Yes, most pieces are accepted after inspection. Warranty applies to our workmanship only.
Will resizing affect the hallmark or stones?
We preserve hallmarks wherever possible and re-stamp if needed. Stones are checked and protected during heat work.
Do you offer pick-up and delivery?
Within city limits we can arrange insured logistics at cost. Video recording at handover and unboxing is recommended.
