How do diamond privileges work?
The standard natural-diamond making charge is 25%. A 10%, 30% or 50% discount on that charge gives effective making rates of 22.5%, 17.5% and 12.5%, respectively. A lower eligible campaign rate takes precedence.
Can my family use the membership?
Yes. Jewellery is billed in the primary member’s name. The physical membership card must be presented in store. Membership is non-transferable.
What is printed on my card?
Your tier, card number and verification access. Your personal name and expiry are not printed. Your current membership details are held in your account.
Can I upgrade or renew?
Upgrade by paying the difference between plan fees. Your existing expiry date stays the same. Renewal is manual and adds another 365 days. Downgrades during an active membership are not available.
